ROMAN Photographer OÜ is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients and website users. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and storage of clients' personal data. Our operations comply with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia (Isikuandmete kaitse seadus), and other applicable legal acts.

3.3. By accepting this Policy, the client grants ROMAN Photographer OÜ the right to process their personal data to the extent and for the purposes required to complete the order.
3.4. Consent to data processing may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written notice to roman.djuzev@gmail.com The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, nor processing carried out pursuant to statutory legal requirements.
3.5. To facilitate service delivery, ROMAN Photographer OÜ reserves the right to engage authorized third-party data processors (business partners, courier services, IT/cloud service providers, accounting service providers) bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
3.6. Data Retention Periods:
Personal data of clients is retained for up to 5 years from the last order or interaction.
Primary accounting records (invoices, payment confirmations, order acceptances) are retained for 7 years in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act of the Republic of Estonia (Raamatupidamise seadus).
