Professional photography allows the space to be presented in the most attractive and realistic way: conveying the volume of the rooms, natural light, the atmosphere of the interior, and the well-balanced geometry of the space. High-quality photographs play a key role when selling or renting real estate. Photos create the first impression and often determine whether a potential buyer or tenant becomes interested in your property.

How to prepare an apartment

Do a light cleaning and remove personal items, tidy up the kitchen and bathroom, check the lighting, and clean the windows. Clean surfaces, neatly made beds, and clean floors make the interior visually more appealing. In the kitchen, it is better to leave only a minimal number of items — this creates a cozy feeling without overloading the frame. In the bathroom, it is advisable to remove personal hygiene items; you may leave neatly folded towels or a small decorative element. Before the shoot, check and replace burnt-out bulbs and remove unnecessary items from the balcony.

How the photo shoot works

A wide-angle lens is used during the shoot to capture the space as a whole while maintaining correct room geometry. The camera is mounted on a stable heavy tripod with a 3D-head to ensure precise leveling and perfect perspective. To monitor the results, the image is instantly transmitted to a laptop via Wi-Fi. This allows the photo to be viewed on a large screen and makes it easier to carefully control composition, lines, and small interior details.

Each angle is photographed using exposure bracketing. Typically, a series of 5–7 shots is taken without additional lighting, followed by another 5–7 shots from the same angle with the lights turned on.

After the shoot, an important stage begins — post-processing. Multiple exposures are blended into a single balanced image, colors are corrected, geometry is aligned, and small visual imperfections are removed. The final photographs are delivered through a cloud gallery, where they can be easily downloaded and used for publication.

What you get

As a result, you receive bright, clean, and realistic photographs that help present the property in the best possible way on real estate websites, listings, and marketing materials. On average, photographing an apartment takes about 2 hours. The time depends on the size of the property, the number of rooms, the complexity of the interior, and of course how well the apartment is prepared for the photo shoot.
