ROMAN Product Photographer has undertaken to protect the privacy of its clients and users. Accordingly, we have prepared these Privacy Policy principles governing the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and storage of client data. Our activities on the Internet comply with all applicable practices and the relevant legislation of the European Union and the Republic of Estonia.

1. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data are data that can be directly or indirectly linked to you as a private individual, which ROMAN Product Photographer collects in order to fulfill the terms of a contract concluded with a private individual, to contact such individual in the future, and to perform obligations arising from law.

3.3. We use the collected personal data to deliver goods and to fulfill obligations undertaken toward clients.

3.6. For better customer service, ROMAN Product Photographer has the right to disclose information to third parties providing services to us and bound by a confidentiality agreement. Such third parties include our business partners responsible for delivering goods purchased in the online store.

3.7. ROMAN Product Photographer retains clients’ personal data for up to 5 years from the date of the last order or purchase. Data that must be retained by law (e.g., accounting data) are stored in accordance with statutory requirements.

5.1. ROMAN Product Photographer reserves the right to amend the terms of this Privacy Policy by notifying its clients. Our Privacy Policy is aimed at protecting client data, and we will always ensure its security to the best of our ability. 5.2. If a client believes that his or her personal data rights have been violated, ROMAN Product Photographer must be notified. If necessary, the client has the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, which is a state authority responsible for resolving complaints related to personal data protection or for providing additional information.
